Confirmation log

Every time someone put their name to what an item is. This is the history, not the current state: re-confirming an item adds a row here rather than replacing one, so the record of who decided what — and whether they overruled the matcher — survives. Change an item's classification with the button on its newest row; older rows are marked superseded rather than removed.
